I often think I eat well but that's just a joke when you see what is in the cabinets.
Wishing you well.Debby@Just Breathehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11685398064340027809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7745956082016983227.post-45592272942128159792010-09-15T12:52:05.281-07:002010-09-15T12:52:05.281-07:00Sounds like we're doing some of the same thing...Sounds like we're doing some of the same things...I've really had to make some tough changes to my diet recently---I'm actually going to be blogging about it shortly. Veggie, gluten-free...trying to do vegan but ACK that's hard. Your diet sounds fun in comparison ;) good luck!!!!!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04545341748201960139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7745956082016983227.post-74724198621529225072010-09-15T12:15:45.822-07:002010-09-15T12:15:45.822-07:00I'm going to have to try that one--I've on...I'm going to have to try that one--I've only had eggplant (and liked it) twice, and one of those two times it was fried (doesn't count...??) I didn't realize that corn nuts were so "healthy" (in that, they had three ingredients!) The last time Joel was eating Corn Nuts though the smell made me nauseous...so maybe that's one of those things I'll never be able to eat again. Oh well :PAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11268141062322845874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7745956082016983227.post-34479919608621069852010-09-15T11:43:18.016-07:002010-09-15T11:43:18.016-07:00I read your post below and it really doesn't s...I read your post below and it really doesn't seem tooooooo restrictive. I have to be on a gluten free diet....it makes it difficult to eat at restaurants since many add wheat in the seasonings, or the sauces. But on top of the gluten free I have been doing dairy free. Then added to that I tried for a while to do oil free. The only meats I have been eating are chicken and fish. I am gluten free because I have to be. But as far as the others I am trying to lower my cholesterol which changed big time after menopause.

However, I find I need a little oil and I know that my cholesterol will go up when I have it checked this month because I have been eating some fish and chicken and nuts. Not that I really remember what a chilly day feels like right about now, but I know they're coming. Eventually.

A healthy diet that truly makes you feel better is usually very easy to follow, once you're starting to reap the benefits. I wish you an awesome outcome!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
