This weekend in photos

We had a wonderful time camping for Dana's Birthday this weekend. We were especially happy that our friends were able to come up and join us. The weather was warm, and the bugs weren't too thick.

Trouble? Who me?

Tammy and Samantha

Kaia telling Jeff and Tam something VERY important.

Me

Charlie, obviously thrilled to be camping.

Sampson loved every minute of the trip (especially the leftovers)

This sign next to Kaia says "No Motor Vehicles." The lake is typically small by this time of year, but a good snow pack meant a high lake, which meant not so much beach and lots of mud.

Update: My mom called to tell me that I left Mo out of this post. WHAT?! I can't believe I did that. Of course we have tons of cute pics, and this airhead here just forgot to post them! I will soon.

Excuse me. I don't mean to point out the obvious but... did you know that your husband is wearing a Camo ball cap? Just take a look at that first pic and you will see what I am talking about. It's right there, sitting on his head.

He knows that he is like, UP THERE, and not down here, right? Our Good Ol Boys LOVE camo hats. I am a bit shocked.... you mean to tell me that there are Good Ol Boys WAY up there in WA? You are a blessed woman if you have managed to land your self a Good Ol Boy. Mine is a blessing and you just can't beat him with a stick. Literally, you can't. They will incarcerate for that.

The pic of Kaia and 'Who Me' was adorable.

OH! And Happy Birthday Dana, You Good Ol Boy, You!

It looks like everyone had a fun time. I'm glad the bugs weren't too bad. In addition to the heat, that is another reason we have to wait until fall to camp again. Lots of flies and misquitos! I love that picture of your daughter...too cute!

Yes my guy is a Good Ol Boy, or at least I think so! Camo and gun racks are pretty common around here!
