Urban Garden

I found this garden in Auburn, WA. This house is probably a one-bedroom rental. There is no yard, as it sits behind two other houses in an alley.

They didn't let that stop them from planting a garden. With the price of things in the Seattle area, I admire their frugality.

Don't ever think you don't have enough room for a garden.

It's true! You can plant a garden anywhere, even in buckets. Mine is a total of 32 square feet and we got dozens of quarts of tomatoes (plus the ones we already ate).

Wow, that's awesome!!! I would totally move in that little house. I like things like this.

And it's true, you can garden anywhere. I live in an apartment complex, and we all have gardens on our balconies. Several of my neighbors plan things on the grounds, and my maintenence guy told me I could plant my olive tree when ready. Actually, I think he can't wait till I plant it because he keeps asking.

Wow, that's amazing! Sometimes I wonder how much we could grow in our backyard. Quite a bit, I think!
