It's always fun to read what Kaia comes home with from preschool. Tuesday it was their class pet. We got to write a little fill in the blank story about him. "Regal and I went to kindergarten registration night together. We at mint chocolate chip ice cream, and after that we got ready for bed."
Kaia's account would have you believe that she then went to bed, but not so. The House Rules have been going quite well, except that we still are struggling with the rule "Go to bed on time in your own bed." That has been a struggle since she learned how to climb out of her bed though. Her registration night went really well, and she has an appointment Friday for the last of her immunizations (Shhh don't say a thing). She recently found out that to go to school she has to have a few more shots, and has since decided that she doesn't want to go to school. Friday could be fun!

My daughter calls to share my grandchildrens stories.
I remember going to school and trying to convince my kids that the shot is "not too bad, just like a little mosquito bite." ha
